Cleaning Team Member – Casual
The Shire of Moora is looking for an enthusiastic Cleaner to join our Infrastructure Services team. Be part of a great team and help us provide excellent service to our beautiful town.
Essential
- Demonstrated experience as a cleaner or housekeeper, preferably in a commercial setting.
- Working knowledge of the cleaning industry, including cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and safe work practices.
- Availability to work roster based weekend shifts.
- Developed time management skills, and ability to work without supervision.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, and experience working within a team.
- Current C Class Drivers License.
Desirable
- Basic knowledge of Council operations.
- Working knowledge of relevant Occupational Safety and Health requirements.
Employment is contingent upon
- Provision of a current satisfactory National Police Clearance
- A Pre-Employment Medical Assessment including Drug & Alcohol Testing
The position is offered at Level 3 under the Local Government Industry Award 2020.
